Service Parts Management

The management of service parts for warranty repairs is a crucial element of aftermarket supply chain management for technology markets and requires the sourcing and availability of appropriate parts and components from multiple sources around the world.     We buy and sell TV mainboards and sub-assemblies and have the largest selection of inventory for TV mainboards, tuners and chassis in stock and usually ship within 24 hours.
  • Return and Fulfillment:  we develop a network responsible for procurement, warehousing and distribution of spare parts to channel partners, distributors, technicians and customers locations to support equipment failures or routine maintenance while meeting service level agreements.  This includes various demand classification and handling structures and management of all returns and fulfillment activities with technicians.
